Upgrading the Firmware on a Cisco Phone

In this session we will go over what phone firmware is, why it needs to be updated and how often it needs to be updated. We will then look at how to determine what version of firmware is currently installed on a phone, where to download the latest phone firmware and how to send new firmware to the phones.
