How to View the Audit Logs in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)

The Application Audit logs record all configuration changes made by a user through command line or through the GUI. Logs can be enabled for the Communications Manager (CUCM), Presence (IM&P) and Unity Connection (CUC) servers. In this webinar we will go over how to configure the Audit Logs in Communications Manager and how to use the Real Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT) to view or download the logs.
